OE Quick Tools - release 4.1.0 (12 November 2007)

1.	An update was made to handle the strip of a specially format 
	of an AppleMail message.

2.	The program was modified so that the "Send Again" and "Templates"
	functions would operate properly even if Outlook Express 
	is not the default email client.



OE Quick Tools - release 4.0.27 (8 June 2006)

1.	An update was made to detect a Microsoft security update that
	will cause problems within OE Quick Tools. The problem will
	be reported with a link to the Microsoft update for the issue. 

OE Quick Tools - release 4.0.26 (26 April 2006)

1.	An update was made to the "Stripper" to handle an additional 
	non-standard format.

OE Quick Tools - Release 4.0.25 (28 March 2006)

1.	On some machines, the "Stripper" tool and the "Send Again" tool
	would cease to function.  This is due to an internal problem 
	within Outlook Express.  This update includes a "work around" 
	for the problem.

2.	Some messages received from GMail would not be be stripped properly.
	This has been fixed.

1.	Modifications were made to the stripper component to handle a few 
	more rare mail formats.

OE Quick Tools - Release 4.0.18 (14 October 2005)

1.	Exchange Calendar attachments were not being stripped. This has
	been corrected.

2.	In rare cases, the notation of the file stripped would not be
	present (due to problems in the HTML format of the original mail).
	This has beed corrected.

3.	When an eml file (Mail message) is encountered as an attachment, the
	subject of the stripped message is now included in the stripped file
	notation.



OE Quick Tools - Release 4.0.15 (22 August 2005)

1.	A new option has been added to the "Clean Text" tool.
	It is now possible to clean the text without reformatting
	the lines.

2.	In rare cases, the "Smart Paste" would not paste properly.
	This has been corrected.

OE Quick Tools - Release 4.0.14 (3 June 2005)

1.	In rare cases, HTML formatted messages would show some extraneous
	characters after stripping a file.  This has been corrected.

1.	An option has been added to "Always hide the Quick Tools
	Icon"

	time for the automatic BCC.

OE Quick Tools - Release 4.0.7 (30 Apr 2004)

1.	Under some conditions, the automatic BCC (see 4.0.5 below)
	was not recognized by Outlook Express even though it was
	clearly visible.  This has been fixed.

1.	A hotkey has been added to show/hide the calendar panel.
	The hotkey (ctrl+shift+z by default) is available even when 
	Outlook Express is not running.


OE Quick Tools - Release 4.0.5 (14 Apr 2004)

1.	An option has been added to automatically send a BCC
	(Blind Carbon Copy) for all outgoing mail.


OE Quick Tools - Release 4.0.3 (14 Mar 2004)

1.	An option has been added to hide the Time on the Clock
	to show just the Date.

2.	An option has been added to the Calendar (popup menu) to
	copy the selected date to the clipboard.

3.	On some XP systems, the program would fail to respond to
	a "Right Click" on the popup menu.  This has been fixed.



OE Quick Tools - Release 4.0.2 (04 Feb 2004)

1.	If the Clock was hidden, the template icon would also be
	hidden.  This has been fixed.


OE Quick Tools - Release 4.0.1 

1.	The "Stripper" tool will now handle inline application
	attachments.

2.	An option has been added to hide the Quick Tools Icon
	while Outlook Express is running (to conserve space in the
	System Tray).
