MailWasher Pro may lock some files which will prevent the backup from continuing.

 

Eazy Backup can be set to close, and optionally restart, MailWasher Pro as follows:

 

 

1 - run Eazy Backup

 

2 - Go to menu "Options" - "Close and Start Programs"

 

3 - click "Add Item"

 

4 - add and item for Mailwasher Pro 2011 App as shown in the image:

 

 

5 - click "Save"

 

6 - add and item for Mailwasher Pro 2011 as shown in the image:

 

 

7 - click "Save"

 

6 - ensure that Mailwasher Pro 2011 App and

Mailwasher Pro 2011 items are both checked

 

7 - ensure that Mailwasher Pro 2011 App appears above

the Mailwasher Pro 2011 item

 

8 - Click "Save All"

 

9 - Click "Close"

 

 

Then, when you do the backup - MailWasher Pro 2011 will be closed

automatically to allow the backup to proceed.
