Applies to: Express Assist, OutBack Plus, Eazy Backup

This error will result if you have installed some other software
which has, in turn, installed an out of date version of a shared
system level file (xceedzip.dll).

To correct the problem:

• download the following small setup file:
  http://ajsystems.com/files/xcd6setup.exe
  
• Run xcd6setup.exe and then re-run your backup.
