The "Send Again" function and the "Templates" function of OE Quick Tools will stop functioning when the Microsoft Security Update KB911567 dated 11 April 2006 is installed.
Microsoft released a HotFix for this issue on May 31, 2006 (see: http://support.microsoft.com/?id=918766)
The article above requires the download of a HotFix plus a modification of the system Registry.
Since that time, Microsoft has often issued "security" updates that break the functions in OE Quick Tools
If your copy of OE Quick Tools has just recently stopped working - then do the following:
| 1. | Download the registry update from: http://ajsystems.com/files/XUNSENT.reg |
| 2. | Save the XUNSENT.reg file to any folder |
| 3. | Double Click on the XUNSENT file to enter the setting into the registry. |
| 4. | Restart Outlook Express |
