When starting a program - you receive a message box that says:
"xxxx.exe has encountered a problem and need to close"
This is generally caused by a corruption of registration information, or corruption of the program itself. It is usually cured as follows:
| • | download a fresh copy of the setup file for the program being used (from the AJSystems.com web site) |
| • | re-run the setup to refresh the program libraries and registration entries |
| • | restart the computer |
