On Windows Vista or Windows 7 systems, you may encounter a message box that says:

 

    "xxxx has stopped working"

 

This may be caused by the Data Execution Prevention option in Vista and Windows 7.

 

All current versions of our programs are compatible with the Data Execution Prevention function.  Ensure that you are using a current copy of the software.
