If things don't seem to be as you expect, or if you just need a bit of reassurance, try the following:
- Check the OE Duplicate Remover Help files
(Press F1 while in OE Duplicate Remover).
- Ensure your copy of the program is "up to date":
- Select "Live Update" in OE Duplicate Remover
- Click the "In-Touch" button to see what has been updated or changed recently
- Click "Live Update" to get the current version of the software
- Do a Search in the AJSystems Knowledge Base (KB)
