Win Mail Backup 3 - Product Support
If things don't seem to be as you expect, or if you just need a bit of reassurance, first try the following:
- Check the Win Mail Backup Help files (Press F1 while in Win Mail Backup 3).
- Ensure your copy of the program is "up to date":
- Select "Live Update" in Win Mail Backup 3.
- Click the "View Change Log" button to see what has been updated or changed recently.
- Click "Live Update" to install any updates to the software.
- Do a Search in the AJSystems Knowledge Base (KB).
